Food!

We're planning to eat at 2 PM. If possible, please bring a potluck dish to share. If you can't, that's totally OK too. We always have lots leftover. Disposable plates, cups, and utensils will be provided.

Arts & Sciences!

Bring your entries for our annual shire Arts & Sciences Championship. Documentation on a 3x5 card, if possible. Project in progress? Enter it anyway! Voting by populace choice.

Archery!

Weather permitting, we will have our annual Shire Championship Shoot to determine our shire champion. Some loaner gear is available.

General Merriment!

In keeping with the super-casual vibe, this is a "drop in when you can" event. Please feel free to wear garb if you would like, but don't let that be a hinderance to coming. We would love to see you, even if work or family schedules prevent you from coming for the whole afternoon or evening.

Site Info

• There are two large, shaded porches with ample seating, as well as several acres of yard space. Additional seating space is available inside the air-conditioned house.
• The interior of the house is a non-smoking area; please smoke outside only.
• For those with pet allergies, be aware that the household includes three cats, and the long-haired one is very social.
• Some crash space is available for folks who would rather not drive home after dark.

Map & Directions

Make your best way to the service road (St. Robert Outer Road) that runs on the north side of I-44 between Exits 161 and 163. Follow this service road until you reach the corner with the large water tower and Gospel Ridge Church, where you will turn north onto Harlan Lane. Then, turn right onto Hardin Lane, which will become gravel after a few feet. Immediately after the electrical substation, you will see a sign for Hargrove Road to the right. Do not take this turnoff unless you like steep hairpin turns! Instead, continue down Hardin Lane until you find the second Hargrove Road sign and turn right. Take the first driveway to the left, marked with the house number (15640) on a shield-shaped sign.
